Good to know
- Your caterer, your choice
- Any professional caterer with insurance. A fitted caterer's kitchen (ovens, cold room, washing area) is provided. No corkage fee.
- Music and neighbours
- Amplified music goes through our sound limiter, set to the legal limit for venues (102 dB(A) on average over 15 minutes). Indoors only after 11 p.m., and it stops at 2 a.m.
- Arrival and departure
- For a weekend: access from Friday 2 p.m. for the set-up, keys returned on Sunday at 6 p.m. after the check-out walk-through.
- Capacity
- Each room has a maximum number of people set by its safety approval. It cannot be exceeded, even for the dancing.
- What is included
- Tables, chairs, the caterer's kitchen, the sound limiter, the car park and the final cleaning. You leave the place tidy, rubbish sorted.
- Booking and deposit
- A 30% deposit confirms the date, the balance is paid one month before. A security deposit is returned after the walk-through.
